Most of the time the organizations are having not very valid performance management system, sometimes, those employees get the promotions or comparatively putting less efforts than the other employees therefore , those employees that are applying all their efforts in order to get the reward are less motivated and demoralized . Those employees try to compensate themselves according to their own thinking. Most of the time these employees lower their productivity level because they did not get the reward for which they were applying their efforts.
